Clinical Outcomes of Failed Gene Rearrengement
- Ommen Syndrome => missens mutation of rag genes (partial activity of rag). No B cells & low T cells. Baby with erythoderma, failure to thrive, diarrhea and severe immunodeficiency.
- SCID => nonsense mutation of rag-1 & rag2. TOTAL LACK of B & T cells =(
